The Living room is an excellent size with fully opening glass patio doors leading onto the 15 metre balcony. This room is complete with television, DVD, video player and digibox. There’s a built-in, independent, two way integrated air-conditioning unit with full remote control.

Actually, that's included! Teak and marble design, complemented by large double glass doors opening onto the balcony, dining table and chairs. Appliances include large fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic touch hotplate, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
Bedroom one has double bed and en-suite marble bathroom (with shower over, wash basin, WC, shaver socket). Double patio doors lead onto the balcony.
Bedroom two has twin beds, with double patio doors leading onto an internal balcony.
Bedroom three has twin beds with patio doors leading onto an inner well.
All three bedrooms are fitted with two way, independent, fully remote controlled integrated air-conditioning systems.
The Balcony is south east facing so it benefits from both morning and afternoon sun. Its 15 metres long, so there’s plenty of space to relax and read the day away. We have provided a 5 metre sun awning, just in case the sun becomes too bright! It’s a great suntrap and offers a terrific way to start the day by having breakfast overlooking the poolside area.
The Swimming Pool provides a great way to cool down or play around and is great fun for children. Shared with the other apartments in the building, the pool is fully managed and always ready to go, so no need to worry about cleaning or maintenance.
The pool area has six sun beds which are solely for the use of apartment 1A. There are inflatables for children's use - it is a safe secluded area for children.
The enormous communal patio area has a large canopy with tables and chairs so you can sit comfortably and read a book in the midday sun and there is a separate area for children. There are three showers and toilets within the poolside area.
Entrance Foyer. Access to the building is via the front door on Calle Metge. The apartment is situated on the first floor and you can use either the stairs or the lift from the entrance foyer. There is a video entry system in case you should have visitors.
Car Parking. One secure car parking space is provided. It’s situated in the basement of the building. Access is via remote control roller shutter doors on Calle Metge.
From the car park, access to the apartment is via a lift.
Prices range from £450 in low season to £1000 in high season (2008 prices) for 4 sharing.
