The villa is tastefully furnished and equipped for 8 people.  The ground floor comprises hallway, two double bedrooms with twin beds and fitted wardrobes, one bedroom with bunk beds and wardrobe and a family size bathroom.

Also located on the ground floor is the lounge and dining area with an arched doorway that links the lounge with the kitchen.  The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, electric oven, hob and microwave.  A serving hatch from the kitchen overlooks the dining area.  The lounge has a flat screen TV, DVD player, a selection of DVDs, as well as a CD/cassette player.  Patio doors lead from the lounge to a covered terrace.

An attractive stairway leads to the first floor where there is a fourth double bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom and patio doors which lead to a large sun terrace overlooking the pool with extended sea views to Majorca. 

The pool is accessed by steps at one corner and is surrounded by a large paved terrace and lawns.  There is a built in barbecue and poolside shower with sun loungers and patio furniture.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and is equipped with washing machine, baby cot and high chair.  All linen and towels are provided with the exception of beach towels.

Please note that we operate a no smoking policy within the villa.

Prices range from £525 in low season to £950 in high season per week. There are no under occupancy charges. Changeover day is Friday .
