This luxury villa is ideally situated less than 200 metres from the resort centre of Los Delfines and Cala n' Blanes

Superbly furnished by an interior designer, we think you’ll find that the care we’ve taken with the décor and furnishings creates a very stylish and welcoming interior. And a very important feature, particularly during July/August is that the villa has air conditioning.

The villa has three bedrooms, two doubles and a twin and is on two levels.  The lower level comprises two bedrooms, one double – one twin, family size bathroom, utility room, lounge and dining area and fully fitted kitchen, both of which have patio doors leading to the sun terraces and private pool area.

The villa is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, Sky TV, DVD and the separate utility room has washing machine, ironing board/iron.

Stairs lead to the third double bedroom, a further family sized bathroom, walk in dressing area and patio doors leading to a large size balcony which has table/chairs too.

The pool is a good size, is remarkably warm all year round, and the sun terraces are completely furnished with sun loungers, table/chairs (to seat 8), outside shower and bar-b-cue.  The gardens are completely private and secure, with lockable gates and carport.

The villa sleeps 6/8 - there are two additional ‘put up’ beds available.  All bed linen is provided.

Prices quoted are for the accommodation per week and start from as little as £495.  There are no under occupancy charges.

Changeover day is Friday.
